Summary
Aviation safety is the study of flight attendance safety measures, including weather, aviation safety programs, investigations, aircraft crashworthiness, and human factors. These aviation safety studies’ importance is to ensure that the flight department gets to have a proactive attitude of ensuring that their clients are provided with the freedom from the dangers of being injured or harm as they access the services.

Aviation Safety
Problem
The problem is that most of the outsiders and consumers tend to believe that the aviation industries get to enjoy a high degree of safeties. However, many close calls do end up not reported leading, causing accidents to the planes.
Significance of the Problem
The significance of these problems is based on the people associated with the aircraft, flight crews, and aircraft members in combination with the air traffic networks. They are not keen on communication, controlling, and maintaining the flights before leaving the airports. Hence, not taking into consideration the safety of their passengers.
On 1st June 2009, flight A447 was involved in an accident due to human error that led to the deaths of 288 passengers.
Developing of Alternative Actions
Alternative Action 1.
The Flight companies need to develop new ideas on conducting their business regarding the aircraft certifications and continued airworthiness. They have to ensure that airworthiness continues to be conducted and the key activities that consider their clients’ safety. Ensuring that strict rules and measures have been amended to protect each person’s safety and policies have been developed.
Advantage. These are important since they will ensure crews working within the environment will be taking the appropriate measure not to put their clients’ lives at risk.
Disadvantages. With the strictness of consideration of aircraft certifications and continued airworthiness. This may lead to deductions of salaries on staff to be able to budget for the project. Furthermore, it will also lead to an increase in flight tickets so as they can be able to raise capital.
Alternative Action 2.
Improving the safety management’s measures whereby the flight companies should combine forces with operators and manufacturers of modern safety equipment to ensure airports, airplanes are equipped with the appropriate safety gear not forgetting the crew members given the right knowledge on safety. Implementing a proactive activity to the airplanes, including risk analysis, risk management actions, and monitoring effectiveness of how they work.
Disadvantages. Flight companies will have to increase the workforce to be able to conduct all of these activities. This means that they will have to inquire about more expenses. Moreover, a delay can also grow exponentially, whereby there will be many checkups before a plane leaves the airport. Hence, creating long queues at the airport makes the gates no longer available, resulting in an extended waiting period.
Recommendations
Airports and aircrafts safety measures are critical factors that need to be considered before leaving or landing an aircraft to avoid accidents occurring. Any accident occurs because factors should be identified, and effective actions are conducted instead of finding someone to blame.
